“no treat, no smile… still not smiling… treat time?.. I’m smiling and I’m moving..” – Koda

Koda, a handsome husky mix with a big personality, had one clear rule: smiles are best served with snacks. Lucky for me, he looked adorable whether he was posing or in motion en route to a treat.

We started the evening with his brother Clark, who wasn’t quite feeling the adventure. After a few quick snaps, Clark opted for a cozy car nap while Koda stepped into the spotlight.

Charleson Park offered the perfect mix of shaded trails, grassy lawns, and waterfront views. We began in the quiet woods, moved to the little pond, and finished with city skyline photos along the seawall and near the school.

Koda turned on full doggie model mode, and his humans—Caitlin and Jared—were amazing teammates, making sure the treat supply stayed strong. It was a beautiful evening full of tail wags, smiles, and one very proud pup.
